BTS’s Jin Tops Star Planet’s October Idol Ranking, Extending His No.1 Streak to Eight Months

Jin of BTS claimed first place in Star Planet’s ‘October Idol Ranking’ with 102,759 votes, marking his eighth consecutive month at the top since March and reaffirming his formidable global influence and fan engagement.
According to Star Planet, donations are made each month in the name of the top-ranked artist to the UNICEF Korea Committee in support of underprivileged children in Korea and abroad. With this latest win, Jin has entered the Hall of Fame for the eighth time, further cementing his reputation as a ‘donation angel’ and showcasing how star power can be channeled into meaningful philanthropy.
As part of the October winner benefits, Jin’s promotional video was screened from November 1 to 7 on the DS electronic billboards (Panels 1 and 2) at the Airport Railroad platform in Seoul’s Digital Media City (DMC) Station, turning the site into a landmark support spot and sparking enthusiastic reactions both on-site and online.
From late June to August, Jin embarked on his first solo fan concert world tour, ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR,’ performing across Korea, Japan, the United States and Europe, where he impressed audiences with steady live vocals and polished stage command. He then wrapped up the tour with ‘#RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR_ENCORE’ shows at Incheon Munhak Stadium on October 31 and November 1, closing on a high note before tens of thousands of ARMY.
With his months-long streak at the top of Star Planet’s rankings, consistent donations made in his name, and a well-received slate of solo performances and projects, Jin continues to embody the image of a ‘complete idol’—combining skill, character and impact—while reinforcing his stature both as a member of BTS and as a distinguished solo artist.
