Cha Eun-woo unveils ‘ELSE’ concept photos, contrasting day and night to reveal limitless duality

On November 7 and 8, Cha Eun-woo (ASTRO) revealed the day-and-night dual concept photos for his second solo mini-album ‘ELSE’ through his official Instagram, captivating global fans with strikingly opposite moods.
In the Day version, Cha Eun-woo pairs a striped shirt, denim jeans and a tee printed with ‘unframe’, exuding a relaxed hip vibe. His penetrating gaze and subtle movements into a mysterious underground setting heighten the immersive storytelling.
The Night version contrasts sharply—Eun-woo appears with wound makeup and monochrome lighting, channeling a darker, more untamed aura. His intense expression and confident stance shatter his gentle image, offering a bold reinvention. Audio gear appears throughout the shots, symbolizing the album’s focus on sound and self-discovery.
‘ELSE’ embodies Cha Eun-woo’s multi-dimensional spectrum and limitless potential. The title track ‘SATURDAY PREACHER’ was previewed during his pre-enlistment fan meeting ‘THE ROYAL’. The album includes four tracks—‘Sweet Papaya’, ‘Selfish’, and ‘Thinkin’ Bout U’—and will be released globally on November 21 at 1 PM KST.
According to Korean media, Cha Eun-woo completed recording before enlisting in July and has kept interacting with fans through teasers and visuals. He also appears in the film ‘First Ride’ and recently hosted the APEC Summit welcome banquet, maintaining high visibility even during military service. The new concept photos sustain buzz and affirm his dedication as a creative artist despite enlistment.
