MMA2025 Concludes at Gocheok Dome: G-DRAGON Sweeps 7 Awards Including 3 Daesang

The 2025 Melon Music Awards (MMA2025) took place on December 20 at Seoul’s Gocheok Sky Dome, marking one of the most prominent year-end K-pop ceremonies.

Approximately 18,000 attendees gathered at the venue, with a total of 29 awards presented based on Melon chart performance and evaluation criteria.

G-DRAGON emerged as the night’s top winner, earning seven trophies including the three major Daesang awards.

His third full-length album ‘Übermensch’ won Album of the Year, while ‘HOME SWEET HOME’ featuring Taeyang and Daesung was named Song of the Year.

G-DRAGON performed multiple tracks during the ceremony, showcasing a sequence of recent works and signature stages.

In addition to G-DRAGON, MMA2025 recognized artists across solo, group, and rookie categories, highlighting the diversity of the year’s K-pop scene.

With the ceremony concluded and official performance videos released, MMA2025 officially closed the chapter on the 2025 K-pop year.
